- 3 1/4 cups bread flour
- 1/2 cup dry potato flakes
- 2 tablespoons dry milk powder
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 3/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
