This yogurt-based dressing touts fresh raspberries and raspberry vinegar, and is perfect tossed with a simple salad of crisp greens. Great splashed on a salad of sliced oranges.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons white sugar
In a blender, combine the yogurt, raspberries, vinegar and sugar. Blend until smooth and refrigerate until chilled.
