The Fourth of July celebration will be an extra special event when you serve Revolutionary Montreal Salmon Rub.
INGREDIENTS (for 8 servings):
- 2 tablespoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Dill Weed
- 2 pounds salmon fillet
Heat grill to medium heat. Blend Montreal steak seasoning, lemon peel and dill weed. Rub mixture over salmon. Allow to stand 5 minutes.
Place salmon, skin side down, on grill. Cook 8-10 minutes per inch of thickness (without turning) or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
