PREPARATION:

  • Make dressing by mixing well the mayonnaise, ketchup and relish.
  • Toss shrimp, scallions and dressing. Chill and serve.


  • Editor's Note:

    Check your labels when choosing your relish. Avoid sweet pickle relishes which are high in carbs. Your dill pickle relish should be 1g carb per tablespoon or less.
