A few drops of Liquid Smoke turns two simple ingredients--cheddar and cream cheese--into something special.
INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings):
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 dash liquid smoke flavoring
PREPARATION:
Blend cream cheese, Cheddar cheese and liquid smoke in a small mixing bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve at room temperature.
