An easy, yet healthy, delicious bread for bread machines. I just put it together one day and loved it!
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 1 1/2 cups high protein crisp rice and wheat cereal
- 1 1/4 cups warm water (110 degrees F)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 2 cups bread flour
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Place all ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select normal cycle; press Start.
