These savory baby back ribs are baked in the oven first, then quickly grilled until browned. Their taste makes you wish you made twice as much!
INGREDIENTS (for 6 servings):
- 2 (2 pound) slabs baby back ribs
- 6 tablespoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Pork Rub
Place ribs on foil-lined baking pan. Rub Pork Rub evenly over both sides of each slab of ribs. Cover with foil.
Bake in 375 degrees F oven 1 hour or until meat starts to pull away from bones. Transfer ribs to grill.
Grill over medium-high heat 1 to 2 minutes per side or until evenly browned. Cut into portions to serve.
Use 2 tablespoons Dry Rub per pound of ribs.
