Browned ground beef is cooked with tomato sauce and cubed potatoes in a broth seasoned with hot pepper sauce and onion.

INGREDIENTS (for 5 servings):


  • Brown beef and onion, drain.
  • Add water, pepper, potatoes, tomato sauce, salt, and Tabasco sauce. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer one hour or until potatoes are tender and soup is thick.
