Spinach-and-Roasted Red-Pepper Pizza

INGREDIENTS (for 6 servings):


  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Pat dough into a 12-inch round pizza pan coated with cooking spray and sprinkled with cornmeal. Combine 1/2 cup cheese, nutmeg, pepper, and spinach in a bowl. Arrange mixture over dough. Top with bell peppers; sprinkle with thyme and 1/2 cup cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese melts.
