Strawberries are blended with buttermilk in this chilled soup sweetened to taste with white sugar.
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
Place strawberries and buttermilk into a blender or food processor and puree. Sweeten with sugar to taste, blend and either serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator.
