INGREDIENTS (for 8 servings):
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill weed
- 1/2 pound smoked marlin
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and dill. Mix well. Chunk or flake the smoked fish into the mixture, and gently fold until the dip is well combined.
