INGREDIENTS (for 8 servings):


  • To thicken yogurt, stretch a piece of cheesecloth over a bowl and place yogurt on top of the cheesecloth. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Let yogurt drain for several hours or overnight.
  • In a small bowl, stir together drained yogurt and milk. Mix in green onions, blue cheese, garlic, basil, rosemary and salt. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
