This is a light, honey-sweetened loaf from your bread machine with a crispy crust and tender crumb.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2/3 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 teaspoon white sugar
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
PREPARATION:
