A traditional French-Canadian pie. For sweet tooths only!
INGREDIENTS (for 8 servings):
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
Mix brown sugar, cream, and flour until smooth. Pour filling into pie crust
Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
