This recipe is for those who want to cut beef out of their diet, but still love a good burger! Ground turkey is beefed up with onion soup mix and steak sauce. Serve on buns with your favorite condiments.
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
- 2 tablespoons steak sauce
- cooking spray
- 4 hamburger buns
In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, onion soup mix and steak sauce. Shape into 4 patties.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat, and lightly coat with cooking spray. Cook burgers 4 minutes on each side. Serve on hamburger buns.
