Tender Beef Teriyaki Skewers

Skewers of pineapple chunks, steak cubes, and bell peppers are marinated in honey teriyaki sauce and grilled.

INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):


  • Place steak in shallow non-metallic dish. Pour 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce over steak. Cover, marinate 15 minutes in refrigerator.
  • Thread pineapple chunks, steak and bell peppers onto skewers. Brush with remaining marinade.
  • Grill or broil 8 to 12 minutes turning and brushing occasionally with marinade during grilling. Discard any remaining marinade. Serve with rice, if desired.
