Go to the health food store for quinoa and spelt flours to mix with whole wheat in this hearty, healthy bread seasoned with fresh rosemary. Your bread machine does the heavy work.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 1 1/8 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup quinoa flour
- 1 cup white spelt flour
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
Add ingredients in order suggested by your manufacturer. Select whole wheat setting.
