Two things make this chicken salad super. The first is the combination of a creamy salad dressing and a coleslaw dressing. The second is that everything goes into the food processor, so the consistency is spread able and all the flavors mingle well.
INGREDIENTS (for 8 servings):
- 2 boneless chicken breast halves, cooked
- 1/4 cup creamy salad dressing
- 4 tablespoons cole slaw dressing
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/4 onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
In a food processor, combine the chicken, creamy salad dressing, cole slaw dressing, celery, onion, and salt and pepper. Mix until well chopped.
