A very easy, very tasty way to spice up your favorite fish. Wasabi, mayonnaise, mustard, and sour cream make a great accompaniment for tuna, crab cakes, or even shrimp cocktail.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 3 tablespoons wasabi powder
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup prepared Dijon-style mustard
- 2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- salt and pepper to taste
Blend wasabi, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, and hot pepper sauce. Mix in the green onion. Season with salt and pepper, cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
