In this recipe, sliced hot dogs, cooked potatoes and onions are simmered in condensed tomato soup.
INGREDIENTS (for 6 servings):
- 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cups water
- 1 (26 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
- 8 frankfurters, sliced
In a large saucepan over medium high heat, combine the potatoes, onion and water and boil for 15 minutes, or until tender.
Add the tomato soup and the hot dogs and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the hot dogs are heated through.
