Nothing is more versatile than good old white bread. White, light and slightly sweet.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk powder
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
PREPARATION:
Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select basic white bread cycle; press Start.
