Whole Wheat Tuna Melts

Tuna and mozzarella combine to make a great bubbly-hot filling for these tuna melts.

INGREDIENTS (for 8 servings):


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a bowl, thoroughly mix onion, tuna, mozzarella, and mayonnaise. Spread mixture on 8 slices of bread, and top with remaining 8 slices to form sandwiches. Arrange sandwiches on a cookie sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
