Loosely fill the neck cavity with prepared stuffing. Close off by pulling the neck skin over the opening and securing it to the back with a small metal skewer.
Spoon the stuffing into the body cavity. Fill the cavity, but donít pack it with stuffing, as the mixture will expand during roasting. When the drumsticks are tied together, they will cover the exposed stuffing.
