Lining Cookie Sheet
Cut a sheet of parchment paper to fit the cookie sheet. If your supermarket or kitchenware store doesnít carry parchment paper, substitute brown kraft paper.
Put the almonds and 1/4 cup of the sugar in a food processor or blender. Process or blend until the nuts are finely ground, but still light and dry. Donít overgrind, or the nuts will turn to paste.
