This savory pie has a spaghetti "crust," a peppery cheese filling, and a topping of pesto, prosciutto or ham, mushrooms and tomatoes.
Forming the Crust
With the back of a wooden spoon, press the spaghetti-egg mixture evenly against the bottom and sides of a well-greased 9-inch pie plate.
Dotting with Pesto
Spread the ricotta cheese mixture over the crust and top with the prosciutto or ham and tomatoes. Scoop up the pesto with a small spoon and push it off with a small spatula onto the tomatoes. Top with a ring of sautéed sliced mushrooms.
