Begin at one short end. Roll pasta and filling jelly-roll style by rolling up the towel to gently push the dough along.
Trim away uneven ends of pasta rolls. Cut each roll into 6 slices with a serrated knife. Place the slices, cut-side down, in a baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake as directed.
