Citrus juicers or Reamers force the juice from citrus fruits. Half a lemon, lime, orange, or grapefruit is set on the cone-shaped reamer or juicer and is twisted to crush its pulp and release its juice. The grooved cone is made of wood, porcelain, metal, or plastic. Some citrus juicers are two-part utensils composed of the cone and attached bowl. Electric juicers are also available.
