Blue Castello is a blue-veined cheese with an extremely buttery taste. The surface of the cheese is rindless, thus the entire cheese is edible. This creamy crescent-shaped cheese has a soft surface mold, deep blue veins, and an inner texture much like that of Brie. Available in specialty cheese stores.
