Chocolate cookie wafers are crisp, chocolate-flavored cookies that are crushed for use in pie and cheesecake crusts. Several commercial varieties are available.

To make chocolate cookie crumbs:
Break the cookies into pieces and grind in a food processor fitted with the metal blade.
