Cracker crumbs are used for making crusts and as toppings. Many commercial cracker varieties are available.

To make cracker crumbs:
Break the crackers into pieces and grind in a food processor fitted with the metal blade. Or, place whole crackers in a large, heavy-duty plastic bag. Press out the air, seal the bag and crush the crackers with a rolling pin.
