This smoothie is prepared in just 5 minutes with the use of canned fruit!
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
- 1 (16.5 ounce) can blueberries or blackberries in light syrup, drained
- 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
- 1 (6 ounce) container lemon or other fruit-flavored low-fat yogurt
PREPARATION:
In blender container, combine all ingredients; process until smooth. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
