This smooth, delicate shake is a great way to cool off during the hot, hot days of late summer. Any type of apple will work -- choose your favorite, or pick one from the back yard!
INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings):
- 1 apple - peeled, cored, and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
PREPARATION:
Place the apple, milk, ice cream, and sugar in a blender, and blend until smooth. Serve cold!
