Apples, onions and pickles are mixed into a sugar/vinegar concoction and steeped in the refrigerator. Nice with roast port or topping a juicy hamburger.

PREPARATION:

  • In a small bowl, combine sugar and vinegar.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together apples, onion, and pickle. Toss with vinegar mixture. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
