Vanilla ice cream, escalloped apples, and caramel sauce combine for an outstanding treat.
INGREDIENTS (for 6 servings):
- 2 (12 ounce) packages STOUFFER'S® frozen Harvest Apples, cooked and chilled
- 1/2 teaspoon rum or almond extract
- 1 quart Vanilla HAAGEN-DAZS® Ice Cream
- 3 tablespoons caramel sauce
PREPARATION:
COMBINE apples and rum or almond extract. For each sundae parfait,
LAYER ice cream, caramel sauce and apple mixture in parfait glass or bowl.
