Chicken thighs are baked in dry onion soup mix and apricot nectar, with apricot halves.
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 8 chicken thighs
- 1 packet dry onion soup mix
- 1 (14 ounce) can apricot nectar
- 1 (14 ounce) can apricot halves, drained
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a small bowl mix together soup mix and apricot nectar. Pour over chicken.
Bake in preheated oven for 55 minutes.
Sprinkle apricot halves over chicken and cook another 5 minutes.
