This frosting is especially devised to be spread on top of the Frosted Apricot Cookie.
INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings):
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 3/4 cup pecan halves
PREPARATION:
Mix together sugar, butter or margarine and apricot preserves until well blended.
Spread frosting on Frosted Apricot Cookies, and top with 1 pecan half.
