This version of a Pina Colada is topped off with a splash of Blue Curacao and garnished with pineapple and cherries. Try serving in a pineapple!
INGREDIENTS (for 5 servings):
- 2 cups bottled BACARDI® Mixers Pina Colada mix
- 1/2 cup BACARDI® Rum
- 5 cups ice
- Blue Curacao to taste
- Pineapple and cherries for garnish
PREPARATION:
Blend together BACARDI® Mixers Pina Colada mix, BACARDI® Rum and ice for 45 to 60 seconds or until uniform.
Pour in glasses, top with Blue Curacao and garnish with pineapple and cherries.
Goes well with BBQ BACARDI® O Chicken.
