INGREDIENTS (for 5 servings):
- 1 1/2 cups bottled BACARDI® Mixers Pina Colada mix
- 1/2 cup BACARDI® Rum
- 10 mini Mounds® bars
- 5 cups ice
- Coconut flakes for garnish
PREPARATION:
Blend together BACARDI® Mixers Pina Colada mix, BACARDI® Rum, 10 candy bars and ice for 45 to 60 seconds or until uniform.
Garnish with coconut flakes.
Goes well with Coconut Brownies.
