A tropical island blend of rum, coconut liqueur, coffee liqueur, lemon and pineapple will have you swinging from the branches!
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 1/4 fluid ounce coffee-flavored liqueur
- 1/2 fluid ounce dark rum
- 1/2 fluid ounce coconut liqueur
- 1/4 fluid ounce 151 proof rum
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 4 fluid ounces pineapple juice
- 1 maraschino cherry
PREPARATION:
In a mixing glass combine coffee liqueur, dark rum, coconut liqueur, 151 rum, lemon juice and pineapple juice. Pour over ice into a tall glass and garnish with a cherry.
