Vodka and cointreau (a type of orange brandy), with a tart shot of lemon juice, round out this easy Nordic cocktail.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 1 fluid ounce vodka
- 1/2 fluid ounce cointreau
- 1 fluid ounce lemon juice
- 1 slice lemon, for garnish
PREPARATION:
Pour the vodka and Cointreau in a highball glass with ice. Add enough lemon juice to reach the halfway point of the glass, or to taste. Garnish with a slice of lemon on the outside of glass.
