Banana, honey and nutmeg are blended with milk in this healthy smoothie. Soy milk can be used if you prefer.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 1 banana
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
PREPARATION:
In a blender combine banana, milk, honey and nutmeg. Blend until smooth.
