INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 2 frozen bananas, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 orange - peeled, segmented, and seeded
- 1 (8 ounce) container raspberry yogurt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
