Cream cheese is melted and seasoned with paprika and hot sauce, made creamy with beer and served hot or cold.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 10 dashes hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 cup beer
PREPARATION:
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt cream cheese. Stir in paprika; mixture should be pink. Stir in hot sauce and beer. Serve warm or cold.
