Good-old Gouda cheese bubbles under a blanket of sour cream and -for a smooth kick -a few dashes of brandy! Some quick oven-time mellows things out ....
INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings):
- 8 ounces Gouda cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons brandy
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Combine the Gouda, sour cream, cream cheese and brandy in a 1 quart casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
