A banana is blended with strawberries, milk and yogurt. A delicious way to start the day!
INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings):
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup strawberries
- 1/3 cup nonfat milk
- 1 (8 ounce) container nonfat plain yogurt
PREPARATION:
In a blender, combine banana, strawberries, milk and yogurt. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
