This is a rich cocoa frosting that only takes 10 minutes to make!
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 6 tablespoons boiling water
- 1/2 cup HERSHEY®'S Cocoa Powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups confectioners' sugar
PREPARATION:
In small bowl, stir together butter and water until butter is melted. Add cocoa and vanilla; beat until well blended.
Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until smooth, creamy and of spreading consistency. Add additional water, if necessary.
