Beans are baked under a miniature marshmallow topping in this casserole for the bean lover with a sweet tooth.
INGREDIENTS (for 7 servings):
- 1 (28 ounce) can baked beans
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 (16 ounce) package large marshmallows
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, combine the beans and brown sugar. Mix together well and cover with a single layer of marshmallows.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown.
