Carrots and pecans are blended with cream cheese, onion, and a little mayo in this stunning dip!
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 4 small carrots, grated
- 1 cup ground pecans
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION:
In a medium bowl, thoroughly blend cream cheese, carrots, pecans, onion, and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. Cover, and refrigerate until serving.
