Spread cream of celery soup over chicken breasts, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, finish with a layer of croutons, and bake. Voila. Reheats well in the microwave.
INGREDIENTS (for 6 servings):
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
- 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup croutons
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread soup over chicken, sprinkle cheese over soup and top with croutons.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 to 50 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside.
