An easy solution for a curry craving. Simple chicken salad seasoned with a spicy curry sauce.
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon chili oil
- 1 (10 ounce) can chunk chicken, drained
PREPARATION:
In a medium bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, curry powder, salt, pepper, and chili oil. Mix in the chunk chicken until well blended. Refrigerate until serving.
